How It Works

From your first request to your completed records, we make documenting your belongings manageable. We agree on the rooms, collections, and level of detail before your visit, so you know what to expect.

1. Plan your inventory

Complete our request form with your property details, goals, and any collections. We review the information with you, confirm the scope and level of detail, and provide an estimate for approval before scheduling your visit.

2. Document the contents

We photograph and record the agreed belongings. Detailed inventories group everyday items with quantities and locations, while selected pieces receive individual entries. We capture visible maker’s marks and accessible model or serial numbers where relevant.

3. Receive your records

Receive organized photographs and information that reflect your selected service: a Snapshot, Detail Archive, or Specialty Inventory. Your records provide a practical reference for insurance documentation, estate planning, family transitions, or your own peace of mind.

All items must be visible and accessible before your appointment. We do not pack, unpack, or remove items from shelves. If necessary, we may use a ladder to document items more closely.

  • Gather receipts, appraisals, or background information you want included.

  • Point out meaningful pieces and collections that need special attention.

Owner-provided history can be included within the agreed scope. Appraisals and legal advice are separate services.
