From everyday contents to treasured possessions.

Room-by-room inventory

Furniture, kitchenware, linens, decor, and other household belongings are documented room by room. We count everyday items such as plates and forks in clearly described groups, with photographs and locations.

Individual items and collections

Artwork, antiques, jewelry, electronics, and collections receive individual attention. We record identifying details, visible maker’s marks, and accessible model or serial numbers. Collections are listed separately, with their storage locations noted.

Organized records you can use

Receive a room-by-room record and a master itemized list, supported by photographs, descriptions, quantities, and locations. These records help families review belongings and can support estate planning, household transitions, and insurance documentation.

An inventory tailored to your property.

We agree on rooms, storage areas, collections, and the level of detail before work begins. Estimates reflect contents volume, access, and documentation needs. Business locations can also be included by arrangement. We document belongings; appraisals and legal advice are separate services.
