Your collection documented.
Every detail in its place.

Whether it’s a wine cellar, an art collection, or a wardrobe of designer pieces, Specialty Inventory focuses on the belongings you want documented without requiring a whole-home inventory.

We tailor the scope to your collection, creating an organized record of what you own, how many you have, and where each item or group is located.

Your report includes:

  • Photographs of individual items or clearly identified groups

  • Descriptions, quantities, and storage locations

  • Relevant identifying details, such as maker, model, serial number, vintage, or edition, where available

  • An organized itemized report

Sports memorabilia collection with framed jerseys, display cabinets and a table of collectible cards.

You’ve told the story a hundred times ... how you caught that Dante Bichette home run ball at Fenway Park, or got Ken Griffey Jr.’s autograph at Safeco Field. Maybe it’s the Jack Youngblood jersey you bought at a charity auction, the one you hope to pass down to your middle son.

But have you written those stories down?

Will your family know how each piece became yours, why it matters, and who you hope will receive it?

Florida Contents Archive photographs your memorabilia and records the history you share, along with supporting documents, creating an organized record that helps your family understand the collection and the memories behind it.

Because the story deserves to be passed down with the item

Documentation that fits your collection

Matching items can be documented together, while pieces requiring individual attention receive separate entries. For a wine collection, that might mean grouping bottles by producer and vintage, recording case quantities, and listing refrigerated bottles by shelf.

Homeowner-provided provenance, supporting receipts or appraisals, and individual condition photographs can be added to the agreed scope.

Pricing

Specialty Inventory starts at $500 for new clients and includes the first five documented entries. Additional entries are priced by category. We confirm the scope, grouping, and total price with you before work begins.
