Included Allowances Per Home
10 artwork pieces — including paintings, prints, sculptures, and other displayed art.
20 jewelry and watch entries — individual pieces or groups photographed together with a shared description.
10 general specialty entries — selected items or groups from categories such as books, wine, clothing, and accessories.
10 heirloom history & provenance entries — up to 50 words each, documenting in writing the history, ownership, or personal significance you provide.
5 supporting documents — such as existing receipts, appraisals, or warranties, linked to the relevant belongings.
How we count entries
An entry is one individually photographed and documented item or a group photographed together with one shared description. Everyday household contents documented in standard groups do not use your specialty allowance.
Included allowances are shared across your home and additional spaces included in the same inventory. Additional spaces do not create separate allowances.
The Story Behind the Heirloom
Hope Chest & Handmade Quilts
Hope chest: The homeowner recalls that her mother used this chest to store household linens before her marriage.
Blue-and-cream star quilt: Made by the homeowner’s grandmother as a wedding gift in 1968.
Red-and-white patchwork quilt: Made by the homeowner’s mother using fabric saved from family sewing projects.
Green-and-lavender floral quilt: Made by the homeowner and her sister together over several winters.
Illustrative sample. Photograph and family histories are fictional. In client reports, personal histories are attributed to the homeowner.
