Outbuildings, Sheds & Detached Garages

Includes overview photographs of standard furnishings, major appliances, ordinary lawn and maintenance equipment, and grouped household storage, plus accessible model and serial numbers for major appliances and equipment.

Major appliances within a separately charged outbuilding are included at no additional charge and do not count toward the home’s 10-appliance allowance.

Individual specialty documentation is charged at the applicable per-item or per-group rates. Collections of vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles, machinery, or similar items require a separate estimate.

Outbuilding-only appointments: $500 minimum.

The residential base price is calculated from your home’s living-area square footage, with an $875 minimum. Additional rooms, floors, spaces, and requested documentation are charged separately.

Separately charged spaces are excluded from the residential square-footage calculation so the same area is not charged twice.

If you had to list your home’s contents for an insurance claim or police report, could you do it from memory?
